An exceptional canal house of approx. 408 m2 on own land and a sunny deep garden with garden house in the back.

This unique canal house, a national monument built in 1654, is located in a central location between the Leidsegracht and Leidsestraat and comes after 120 years available for the next occupant, the monument is by the permit of 2022 again as a whole to occupy. The front house was separated from the back house in the past, the front house was home to a physio practice until before the end of 2021.

Now the monument needs to be merged/modernized back to its original state and the back house with deep garden and special garden house can be lived in again. There is permission from the Municipality to install an elevator and a sustainability can be achieved with heat pump. Only the front house still needs a new foundation, the back house already has a new concrete foundation.
